VAIL, Colorado — Mikel Obourn recently joined Prudential Colorado Properties' Vail Village office on Bridge Street. The announcement was made by Michael Slevin, vice president of Prudential Colorado Properties.

Born and raised in Littleton, Obourn has spent her adult life in the ski industry, living in Crested Butte, Steamboat Springs and Aspen. In 1989, she made Vail her home.

After 13 years as an account representative at TV8 in the Vail Valley, Obourn recognized a desire for a new challenge and went into real estate.
