‘Kansas’ rocks Beaver Creek’s June Jam

BEAVER CREEK — Legendary rock band Kansas headlines the first annual Beaver Creek June Jam outdoor music festival June 23-24.

“The Rocky Mountains provide the perfect backdrop for our new outdoor music festival,” said Tony O’Rourke, executive director of the Beaver Creek Resort Company. “We hope that families and friends will make it a tradition to join us for fabulous music and food each summer in Beaver Creek.”

Relax with a picnic or dance the day away with free live music and culinary offerings from Beaver Creek’s top chefs. Guests can learn to prepare their favorite dishes with guidance from Beaver Creek’s top chefs. Complimentary interactive culinary demonstrations will be offered, with food and beverages available for purchase on the outdoor plaza.

Admission to the concerts is fre. Arts and crafts and other children’s activities will be offered each day, like the bungee trampoline or miniature golf.
