DENVER, Colorado — Blowing snow has forced state officials to close Highway 285 in central part of the state.

No travel is being allowed on the highway between Fairplay and Grant.

U.S. 6 over Loveland Pass is also closed tonight because of an accident caused by bad weather conditions.

Travel on Interstate 70 is slow in both directions approaching the Eisenhower Tunnel.
