Anusara Yoga is one of the fastest growing styles of yoga in the world. Founded by John Friend in 1997, Anusara Yoga is now being taught by hundreds of certified and Anusara-inspired teachers world-wide. It is known for its sophisticated alignment, which allows every level of student to thrive, and its focus on a life-affirming philosophy.
Rayburn is becoming one of the most sought after Anusara yoga teachers. Rayburn’s philosophy is that people’s hearts and worlds are places of overflowing abundance. Our work as yogis is to remember that daily, for our own happiness and for the joy so deeply needed by those around us.
Formerly the owner of a studio in Los Angeles, Rayburn recently began traveling full-time teaching around the world. He co-taught with John Friend in New York City in 2007 and will be on the faculty of teachers this year at the Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park.
