BEAVER CREEK, Colorado A 33-year-old woman who had been living in a home without permission for three weeks was evicted by a homeowner, according to an Eagle County Sheriffs Office report.
A witness reported seeing belongings gathering in the garage of the home and inside the house, which was supposed to be empty.
The woman who had been a maid at the home and had stayed there a few times was having personal problems that forced her to leave her other home, she said. She had tried to ask the homeowner if she could stay in the home but could not reach the homeowner, she said.
The homeowner, who did not press charges, told the witness to put the womans belongings in the driveway. The woman also was asked to leave the home.

Bad driver arrested
EDWARDS, Colorado A driver who was following another car too closely and honking her horn at the same time was arrested, according to an Eagle County Sheriffs Office report.The driver, 28, said she did not have car registration, a license or insurance when she was pulled over June 5. She said she went to check her mail at the post office and was driving because it was raining.
A sheriffs deputy found out that the drivers license had been taken away. The deputy asked the driver to put her hands behind her back, but the woman refused.
The woman yelled and cursed when deputies handcuffed her. She was taken to the Eagle County jail.
Her charges included resisting arrest and driving while her license was revoked.
Stolen gas leads to expensive car repair
A woman paid more than $1,000 to fix her sport utility vehicle after gas was siphoned from it at the Eagle River Village mobile-home park, according to an Eagle County Sheriffs Office report. The woman, 21, parked her car for a few hours outside a mobile home and went to the Denver metropolitan area to see a concert May 21.
She tried to leave early the next morning, but her car broke down.
Her car was towed to a dealer repair shop in Denver, where it was found that her gas tank was filled with water after it was siphoned. She paid $1,100 for repairs.
Cop sees driver drink beer
A driver who took a sip of a beer in front of a sheriffs deputy was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, according to an Eagle County Sheriffs Office report. The driver, 42, parked his sport utility vehicle next to a restaurant, where the deputy was, about 10 p.m. June 7. The deputy saw him drink from a half-full bottle of beer and went to talk to the man.
The man said he had drunk four beers since 4 p.m. He then failed a roadside sobriety test.
Woman stops deer-antler thief
GYPSUM, Colorado A woman foiled a young mans plan to steal some deer antlers from the yard of a home, according to an Eagle County Sheriffs Office report. The young man got out of a blue pickup truck on June 4, grabbed deer antlers from the front yard and ran back to the truck.
A woman who lived next to the home asked what the young man was doing. He told her he wanted to buy the antlers.
The woman said the owners of the antlers werent home and told him to put the antlers back.
The man left the antlers and ran back to the truck. The owner of the antlers later said he had been missing several other antlers.
Alleged beer-bottle thrower arrested
EAGLE, Colorado A woman who threw beer bottles out of a moving car was arrested, according to an Eagle County Sheriffs Office report. The 22-year-old woman, a passenger in the car, reportedly was throwing beer bottles out the window on Interstate 70 at about 7 p.m. on June 7.
The driver exited at Eagle and went to a gas station, where a sheriffs deputy found that the woman, who smelled like alcohol, had been court-ordered to avoid drinking alcohol.
Her charges included violating a restraining order.
