Nick Granzow, Eagle-Vail

Breakfast: The French Press, Edwards

The meal: “Steak and eggs, because it’s delicious.”

Lunch: Paddy’s Sports Bar and Grill, Eagle-Vail

The meal: “Marinated chicken sandwich on focaccia. It’s the best lunch sandwich in the valley, hands down.”

Dinner: La Bottega, Vail

The meal: “Pasta with veal. It’s delicious and it’s really filling, with tiramisu for dessert.”

Emily Wray, Edwards

Breakfast: Route 6 Cafe, Eagle-Vail

The meal: “Probably the French toast because it’s like home cooking. It’s big and hearty and sinful.”

Lunch: Swiss Hotdog Company, Avon

The meal: “The regular single with sprouts on it and everything. Honestly, just because I’ve been eating it since I was a kid.”

Dinner: Marko’s Pizzeria, Edwards

The meal: “The Greek pizza. I like it just because it’s not your typical sauce-and-cheese pizza. It has different cheeses, feta cheese, so it’s a little bit more innovative.”

Britten Roetzel, Edwards

Breakfast: The Bookworm, Edwards

The meal: “The Jungle when I’m hungry but usually after yoga, when I’m not quite so hungry, I like the crepes with fruit, so I had the James and the Giant Peach today, which was excellent.”

Lunch: Loaded Joe’s, Avon

The meal: “One of the egg-and-cheese sandwiches and a cappuccino on the way to work, and I take that to go.”

Dinner: Sato Sushi, Edwards

The meal: “I like the Caterpillar because I like the avocado. I like albacore if it’s fresh, usually it is...And for dessert, I always have the bread pudding.”
