EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado — Eleven-year-old Jack Dorfman is the first-place winner of the age 10 to 12 division of the fourth annual Birds of Prey art contest. Children were invited to submit posters for a chance to win prizes. Dorfman’s poster will be presented at the World Cup Thursday.
