EAGLE-VAIL, Colorado — All it takes is one coat to help keep someone warm this winter. Linda Welch, a Battle Mountain High School teacher, and student Zach Korbel, are hoping Vail Valley locals will donate coats for the school's coat drive.

Battle Mountain High School paired up with John and Trish Prewitt of Prestige Cleaners to make sure everyone gets a clean coat. Prestige Cleaners will clean any coats brought in for the coat drive for free. You can bring your coats to any of their locations in Edwards, Avon or Eagle. Bring them in by this Wednesday so the cleaners have time to get them ready for Sunday's giveaway at the school, where anyone in need of a winter coat can come by beginning at 9 a.m. and get a free coat to keep warm this winter.
