They won the 2008 La Bella Festa Bocce Tournament last year along with that big check for $1,000! The 2009 tournament will be held on Father’s Day, June 21, at the Eagle-Vail Pavilion. Money raised goes 100 percent to locals in need via the Swift Eagle Charitable Foundation. Anyone can play. Contact Ginny Snowdon for details at vhsnow@aol.com or 970-949-5279.
