GYPSUM, Colorado — A Mercedes swerving on Interstate 70 in Gypsum, Colorado alerted police to a drunk driver.

On June 7 just before 3 a.m., Vail Dispatch reported a Mercedes SUV weaving across the road and driving as slow as 20 mph in a 75 mph zone.

Police stopped the driver and noted his glossy eyes and alcoholic smell.

The man failed to perform roadside maneuvers to the officer's satisfaction. The driver refused blood and breath tests. He received a ticket for failing to drive in a single lane and driving drunk. A tow truck relocated the car.
