County ready to plan Dotsero's future

County officials are holding a community meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., Thursday

EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado — County officials are holding a community meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursday to talk about the future of Dotsero. The meeting will be held in the Gypsum town council chambers and the public is invited.

The new community plan for Dotsero will guide future growth in the greater Dotsero area. Input from property owners and citizens is invaluable, said Cliff Simonton, senior planner for Eagle County.

“We will be striving to create a plan that is as realistic and comprehensive as possible,” Simonton said. “County staff will provide a brief presentation and will then facilitate a discussion
