We're on Facebook, too. Our page is called Spring Creek Collision.

What goods or services do you provide? Spring Creek Collision is a full service auto body repair and paint facility. Our aim is to bring vehicles back to pre-accident condition in a quick, efficient and complete way. Although we officially opened at the beginning of this year we are not new to the business, as Tim has more than 25 years experience in this trade.

What's new or exciting at your place? All collision shop owners long to have a really nice paint booth so we are very excited to announce that we have a brand-new, state-of-the-art Ameri-cure spray booth. This booth allows us to paint a vehicle in a dustless environment, which makes for a beautiful finish. It's also environmentally friendly.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Unfortunately needing our services can be a very inconvenient and unsettling time for our customers. Therefore, it is important to make the experience as hassle-free and supportive as possible. We take the time to really educate the owner about the vehicle repair and handle all the little details regarding any insurance claim.

What can your customers expect from you? We consider the customer our boss and we realize that if they have a great experience with us they are going to tell others. That is so important to us,, we will always be very straightforward and dependable and in turn they will have a great end result.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: Tim began auto body work in the 1980's in Florida. As a young man learning the trade he worked at different shops, receiving diverse training such as restoring Rolls Royces, Bentleys and other high-end automobiles. Another shop had him solely restoring totaled vehicles, which can be a lengthy and painstaking process.

This training gave Tim the ability to come back to his hometown and open a shop of his own which he did in 1986. That shop was very successful and sold in 2004. After having time away from the shop Tim realized that this is truly what he enjoys, so here we are again, ready to serve.
