Vail Chamber hosts town council candidate forum Oct. 14

Nine candidates running for four seats on Vail Town Council

VAIL, Colorado — The Vail Chamber & Business Association is hosting a candidate's forum Oct. 14 from 6 — 8 p.m. at the Donovan Pavilion. Four seats on the Vail Town Council are up for election this year, and nine candidates have entered in the race.

Moderated by Tony Mauro of KZYR, the candidates will each get a few minutes to introduce themselves and answer some prepared questions. The public will also be able to ask the candidates questions as well.

The nine candidates are: Michael Charles, Kerry Donovan, Kevin Foley, Mark Gordon, Ludwig Kurz, Buddy Lazier, Kim Newbury, Scott Proper and Susie Tjossem.

This forum is open to the public. There will be some time for the public to ask the candidates questions from the floor. Send a question via e-mail to info@vailchamber.org.
