Vail Valley-based Hermes Resort Properties has announced a “new vision” for Lakota at Winter Park.

The Town of Winter Park has given its final approvals to the project and the funding is finalized. The water and sewer are in, the electric is in the last stages of completion, the power is running, and the entire project will be paved by next year.

Rick Hermes of Hermes Resort Properties has announced new pricing on the new homes. Prices now range from $718,875 to $947,775. Home sites are also being sold for $295,000.
