MINTURN — Minturn's winter parking regulations took effect this week. There will be restricted parking on Main, Boulder and Pine Streets until April 1.
The regulations call for time-restricted parking in front of:
• Businesses located along the southbound side of the 100 Block of Main Street.
• Businesses located along the southbound side of the 300 Block of Main Street (341 Main Street).
• The northbound side of the 400 Block of Main Street (St. Patrick's Church).
The purpose of this time-restricted parking is to provide better customer parking for guests of local businesses and the church and help make street maintenance a bit easier for town crews.
