When deputies contacted the suspect the man said he was putting fliers against windows of cars and then tapping gently. He said he was just trying to promote his album that he would produce when he got money.

This was the third contact deputies had made with this man regarding similar behavior.

Early in the day the man was issued a summons for trespassing at the Stop N' Save. A bit later deputies were called when this man starting yelling at people when they said no to supporting his record at the U.S Bank and Columbine Market.

The man was arrested upon contact at the bus stop.
