Pine wood derby
Our local Cub Scout Pack 231 held this year's Pine Wood Derby races Nov. 15 at Berry Creek Middle School. More than 50 scouts and their families participated in the races, and fun was had by all! Prizes were awarded for the top three racers in each Scout Den along with trophies in five different design categories. Cub Scouts is a fun, family-oriented program for all boys first through fifth grades. For more information or if you are interested in joining, please contact Cubmaster Nathan Free at nfree@centurytel.net.
