Tonight at the Westin
Pat Hamilton will be playing guitar and singing at the Westin Hotel in Avon from 4 to 7 p.m. today and Saturday. She covers songs from Joni Mitchell to Norah Jones to the Grateful Dead, as well as performing originals.

Save the date
The Sacred Sounds of Christmas benefit concert will be held at the Chapel at Beaver Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 21. Featuring classical sacred music sung by college and high school vocal-performance students, the evening is sure to connect you through song to the true meaning of Christmas. Galen and Meghan Jacobs (pictured) will be joined by Sean Pack, Molly Brooks and Kate Manley performing pieces from Handel's Messiah, Magnificat in D, Panis Angelicus and other beautiful music of the season. Mark your calendar now so you're sure not to miss this spectacular musical event. This gift is presented to the community by St. Clare of Assisi parish. A free-will offering will be taken, but no admission will be charged.

Kick off the holiday season tonight at the Rittenhouse in Gypsum. Pianist Dawn Poff with be playing and singing a mix of Christmas and popular music from 6 to 9 p.m.
