VAIL VALLEY, Colorado — This Vail Valley photo of the International Space Station was taken from Avon's Wildridge neighborhood on Thursday at 6:14 p.m.
In the scene is the trace of the International Space Station. Look closely at the right side of the trace and you can see the lighter trace made by the Space Shuttle, which was traveling behind it in almost the same track. Zooming in will show the shuttle just below the space station.The bright "star" in the upper right is the planet Jupiter.
