EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado — A thief apparently flew off with the hat of an American Airlines pilot as well as her stereo, speakers and iPod.

The pilot reported the items stolen from her car Friday, Nov. 27, and said her vehicle had been parked at the Eagle County Airport for almost a month because of her work schedule.

The items are estimated to be worth approximately $600.
