Mr. Eaton: Thank you for your letter! Although you stated that you were a “yes” vote, your comments actually support a “no” vote. Both you and Arne Ray agree on why people should vote “no” on Jan. 5.

Arne Ray, the town's own hired expert, said the one thing the town needed to have to protect the town was a phasing plan. You also comment that the town needs a phasing plan.

There is no phasing plan!
