EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado — Real estate in Eagle County remained relatively constant in November, according to Land Title Guarantee Co. in Eagle.

There was $82.4 million in sales volume for the month, close to the $96.2 million total for October.

There were 84 transactions, making the average transaction price $981,290 and the median transaction price $500,000 for the month of November. Through November, 2009 has seen over $800 million in sales volume.

Much of the activity continued to take place downvalley, with 22 percent of the county's real estate transactions happening in Eagle and Gypsum. Overall in the county, 41 percent of all sales activity is in the price range below $500,000.

At the high-end range of the county's sales activity, 13 percent of all transactions have sold for $2 million and above.

Other statistics for the month included:

• The average price for the 46 single family homes sales averaged $1.2 million.

• There were two residential lots that sold totaling $2.2 million.

• Bachelor Gulch had the highest average sales price at $6.35 million.
