BRECKENRIDGE, Colorado — On the heels of the record setting highest priced residence ever purchased in Breckenridge, $8.29 million, another real estate record has been broken. The highest priced residential vacant lot (single family home building site) has sold for $3.3 million.

The half-acre lot is in the ski-in, ski-out neighborhood of Timber Trail. It sits directly on Trygve's Run, adjacent to the new Peak 8 Village of Breckenridge Ski Resort.
