What goods or services do you provide? I help organizations thrive. Our motto is, “Today a goal, tomorrow a reality.” I offer customized classes to address team building, communication skills, conflict resolution, management skills and goal attainment. Consulting services include “Hire the right fit.”
What's new or exciting at your place? I am expanding my consulting and training services to include life coaching. My goal is to help people thrive and create a continual “plan of growth.”
If you are asking yourself any of these questions — How can I reach my goals? How can I use my talents to create success? Can I be free from fear or a phobia? — these new services can help you go to the next level in your journey.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? I differentiate my classes by including tools and techniques that can easily be implemented to improve communication skills and job performance. Team development classes help reduce interpersonal conflicts while giving managers insight into leveraging each person's strengths. All services are customized to meet your specific objectives.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? Clients can always expect customized training — nothing is ever “out of the box.” Although there are common objectives, every organization's unique culture receives training specific to them. My clients can expect lots of questions because I want to know you and your needs. Then we can work together to identify the best content to help your staff grow and excel.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I have worked with teams and managers from Beijing to Zurich for more than 20 years. I bring a broad range of business experience to clients including working in industries including information technology, telecommunications, health care, insurance and hospitality. I have two masters degrees from University of Colorado. I'm also a master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner.
What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? I was conducting a class recently. The topic was “Change your view — get results.” One class participant said he always looked for the silver lining in every situation. He told a story about how, when faced with a problem or an unexpected negative event, he always said, “It could be worse.” His wife said, “Do you know what we are going to put on your gravestone? - ‘It could be worse.'”
