VAIL VALLEY, Colorado — Journeys in Living Spirituality will gather Saturday at the Avon Library Community Room from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. This week's topic is spiritual philosophies — their differences, similarities and controversy.
Co-creator, Rev. Catherine Zeeb, PhD, will host this week's gathering which begins with a meditation, breathwork, lecture, discussion and a closing prayer or meditation.
“Understanding spiritual philosophies is essential on the spiritual path,” says Zeeb. “When we find the parts and pieces that work for us, it helps us piece together our own beliefs. We can, then, truly understand our own truths and find answers to some of our most pressing questions.”
Journeys in Living Spirituality gathers on the first and third Saturdays of each month at the Avon Library. It is non-denominational and all are welcome. This is a free event with donations accepted as well as unopened food donations for the Salvation Army.
For more information, contact Zeeb at 970-376-6660 or visit her Web site at www.healing-spirits.net, or call Narda Reigel at 970-376-3268.
