Shutter Island is the story of two U.S. marshals, Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo), who are summoned to a remote and barren island off the coast of Massachusetts to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a murderess from the island's fortress-like hospital for the criminally insane. “PRECIOUS”
Set in Harlem in 1987, it is the story of Claireece “Precious” Jones (Gabourey Sidibe), a 16 year old African American girl born into a life that no one would want. She's pregnant for the second time by her absent father; at home she must wait hand and foot on her mother (Mo'Nique) who abuses her emotionally and physically. Threatened with expulsion, Precious is offered the chance to transfer to an alternative school. In the literacy workshop, Precious begins a journey that will lead her from darkness, pain and powerlessness to light, love and self-determination. (1:50) R.

“Dear John” tells story of John Tyree (Channing Tatum), a young soldier home on leave, and Savannah Curtis (Amanda Seyfried), the idealistic college student he falls in love with during her spring vacation.
