BEAVER CREEK, Colorado — Chef Daniel Joly and wife Nathalie treated Eagle Valley High School French 1 students and their teacher, Nancy Bujnowski, to a complimentary lunch of French cuisine and conversation at their Mirabelle Restaurant at the base of Beaver Creek.
Students assembled their own desserts — profiterole au chocolat — with chefs Daniel and Sebastian.
Afterwards, the manager of Beaver Creek ice rink, Michelle Seimer, welcomed them onto the ice at the cost of one can of food each to be donated to the local Salvation Army Food Bank.
