EAGLE — Healer and life coach Sheila Stirling will lead a day-long workshop called the “Intentional Wellness Experience” on March 27 at Paradigms Restaurant.
“We'll explore a unique system for generating positive changes that will create transformation in areas of your life that you'd like to change,” said Stirling, founder of the Open Wisdom Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The workshop will introduce techniques that aim to help attendees:
• Release repetitive negative thoughts.
• Resolve nagging health issues.
• Rewrite unconscious programming.
• Resolve life issues that block greater success.
Stirling said her method is designed to “release the patterns, triggers and emotional blocks that keep you from realizing your full potential.”
The author of three books and numerous CDs has over 10 years of experience as a speaker in addition to her work as a healer, teacher and master energy specialist.
The workshop is hosted by The Cottage of Well-Being and Paradigms restaurant in Eagle at the restaurant from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost of $130 includes lunch and materials.
