The program has been so successful that it was selected for the Larkspur/Avondale Benefit of the Month Bottled Water Program in February. GES received a cash donation equal to $1 for each person ordering bottled water at Larkspur and Avondale during February, which totaled $1,139 — the most ever in history!

The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event, to be held Aug. 13 and 14 at Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle, is having a kickoff event for team sign-up and information as well as an inspirational survivor speaker today, also at the Brush Creek Pavilion, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. For information, go to www.eaglerelayforlife.com.
