BEAVER CREEK, Colorado — East West Resorts, a property management and vacation rentals company, recently expanded its management portfolio to include the Ascent Residences (formerly The Gates) and increased its rental offering with a new division, Luxury Home Rentals.
Located at the entrance to Beaver Creek Resort in Avon, the Ascent has 49 two-, three- and four-bedroom condominiums. The interior features a modern design with European and contemporary concepts. Amenities at the Ascent include underground heated parking, indoor pool and spa, steam room, exercise facilities, and outdoor fireplace and patio. A free skier shuttle takes guests to and from Beaver Creek and Vail villages.
Andy LaBolle and Doug Alrick head the East West Resorts' management team at the Ascent. Two-thirds of the units in the building have sold in recent months or are under contract.
