Triumph Winterfest fireside storytelling will be held outside by the fire pit on the Gore Creek Promenade in Vail Village from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursday. Maddie Callis, daughter of Meghon and Dean Callis, of Gypsum, and Sean McKay, son of Tom and Kari McKay, of Gypsum, competed in the Sectional Denver Nuggets Skills Challenge last weekend in Grand Junction.
