VAIL, Colorado — Alida Zwaan and Mike Budd were named Top Producers in 2011 for Prudential Colorado Properties. Zwaan led the company in sales volume while Budd earned the top award for unit sales last year. Both brokers were awarded Prudential Real Estate's prestigious Chairman's Circle — Gold for 2011.

Both Zwaan and Budd will be recognized during special awards ceremonies at Prudential Real Estate's Sales Convention held in Orlando, Fla., in March. Real estate professionals from the across North America attend the annual business and educational event.

The Chairman's Circle-Gold is awarded to the top 2 percent of the network's approximately 55,000 sales professionals based on gross commission income or closed units.

Budd participated in more than 70 closed sides in 2011— ranking highest not only with Prudential Colorado Properties but also among brokers throughout the valey.
