Yogi Clubhouse is a preschool yoga program designed for children age 3 and a half to 5 years old. Students will learn fun and energetic poses, play games, participate in circle time and mindful discussion, and meditate through stories during the hour-long sessions that will take place at Dogma Athletica in Edwards Friday mornings from 11 a.m. to noon beginning April 20.

Yoga tacher Erin Fernandez has been delighted to spread the light of yoga to both her adult and children students since she began teaching, she said. She has five years early childhood education experience and has been fortunate to begin her studies in teaching yoga to children.

"Yoga is as transformational to adults as it is to children," Fernandez said. "When a child is exposed to yoga, they begin to build confidence and comfort in their own skin. It's a great way to begin connecting them with the thought 'we are all one at an early age."

Yogi Clubhouse is a safe and fun environment where your child can learn self-expression and downward dog, Fernandez said.
