AVON, Colorado - Eagle River Fire Protection District Fire Chief Karl Bauer and two board members will be at Loaded Joe's for coffee and to answer questions, 7-8 a.m. Thursday.

The event is an informal community forum in which the members of the community are invited to meet the chief, have a cup of coffee and voice any questions or concerns about the fire district.

Future meetings will be scheduled in Minturn, Redcliff and Edwards.
