Good news from humane society

The Eagle Valley Humane Society really wants to thank you all for your support these many years, both financially and especially with your volunteer time. We could not help so many animals without people like you. We have two pieces of great news.

We are excited to announce the addition of Michelle Teeters as a Bureau of Animal Protection Animal Cruelty Agent. Michelle joins Director Char Quinn as an investigator commissioned by the Colorado Department of Agriculture to investigate and assist local law enforcement with animal cruelty cases in the Eagle valley. With investigations on the rise, having two agents will be a large benefit to our community. Teeters is the Board President of the Eagle Valley Humane Society and is looking forwarded to this additional volunteer role.

Secondly, we are very excited to announce that we have a donor who is again matching all monetary donations given during the month of July. Your tax deductible donation will be doubled. Thank you for considering participating in our drive. This donation drive is in memory of Cosmo.

To donate, go to or mail a check to Eagle Valley Humane Society P.O. Box 4105 Eagle, CO 81631. Together we can and do make a difference. You can also check us out on Facebook.

Again, thank you for all your support to help us care for the animals in our community. Have a wonderful summer.
