Vail Daily letter: Extreme service

On Thursday, Aug. 2, our staff and I went to the Beaver Creek Rodeo to celebrate the upcoming marriage of Amy Griggs, one of our dental hygienists. We planned a Western theme, as Amy is from Wyoming, and anticipated the rodeo would set the stage for a fun evening.

Jean Dennison's extra efforts were amazing and we so appreciate her presence in the valley! Henrietta Armbruster and Brian Hall, patients in our practice, also stepped up to ensure the evening was a success.

The reality far exceeded our expectations! We are grateful locals who felt taken care of and know that people went above and beyond to make things happen for us. Amy was shocked to hear her name announced throughout the arena.

To have her and other staff members blindfolded to play a game with the rodeo clown was more than we could have asked. Vail Resorts' Beaver Creek team delivered extreme customer service and Amy has memories that will last a lifetime! We can only hope we treat our patients with the same quality care. .
