Want to make a difference? Support a student from The Vail Academy on Friday for their annual Presidential Fitness Challenge. Kindergarten through eighth-grade students are raising money for much-needed sports equipment for their school. Students will run a mile and test their abilities with push ups, sit ups, sprints and more. In celebration of the Olympics, they will be divided into countries. The Eagle Valley chapter of the Parkinson Association will be holding its next support-group meeting today at Trinity Church in Edwards. This meeting is for Parkinson patients, as well as their family and friends, who are looking for support and resources in a fun and uplifting atmosphere.
