On Thursday, Revolution Power Yoga in Eagle-Vail hosts "Yoga for the Big D: Transform your Anxiety and Depression through Yoga," led by Julie Kiddoo.
Join Kiddoo for a two-hour workshop. Through a transformative yoga practice, group discussion and journaling, uncover and explore the emotional triggers that lead to anxiety and/or depression.
"We will learn to transform through sharing a powerful yoga practice, and by getting in touch with a deep sense of acceptance, joy and peace," said Kiddoo, a survivor of adolescent bipolar disorder and depression. "My yoga practice has given me amazing tools to identify what triggers me before anxiety hits, and to reconnect to the truth and joy inside me to turn my day around."
This workshop is open to everyone; it is for anyone who struggles with depression or anxiety, or for those who just have a challenging day sometimes or feel nervous about change.
