VAIL, Colorado - Drew Wachter has joined the retail lending division of EverBank in Vail as a retail sales manager.

Wachter has nine years of experience in the mortgage industry, previously working for Wells Fargo and Colorado Capital Bank. Wachter received a bachelor's degree in business from Colorado State University, and is a member of the Vail Board of Realtors.

EverBank also announced Sarah Davis has joined the retail lending division as a retail loan officer.

Davis also has nine years of experience in the mortgage industry, previously working as a loan originator for Colorado State Bank and Countrywide Home Loans. Davis received a bachelor degree in personal finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a member of both the Vail Board of Realtors Affiliate and Habitat for Humanity.
