Beginning Jan. 29, Joey Klein will teach "Emotional Mastery," a six-week meditation program that meets every Tuesday from 6:45 to 8 p.m. at Dogma Athletica.Join Joey Klein, international speaker and founder of the Institute of Transformational Studies, as he shows you how to master your emotions to transform your life. Each of us seeks a life of joy and happiness. However, many of us ride a daily roller coaster of emotional ups and downs we don't understand. At an unconscious level, our emotions can rule our lives and cloud our daily experience. These patterns are established early in life and position us to experience particular feelings and particular results in life.During this program you will be given a system, tools and techniques to: See unconscious emotional patterns; change habitual patterns; shift the experience of an emotion within seconds; learn how to respond rather than react negatively to others' emotional states; and create a new emotional blueprint that will better serve you in life. The cost is $200 for members or $250 for non members and includes a six-disc set of the CDs. Please sign up in advance for any of these classes or programs by contacting Manager Sarah Moore at 970-688-4433 or email@example.com.
