VAIL, Colorado - Forbes Travel Guide has unveiled its 55th annual listing of Star Award-winning lodging properties worldwide, and named Solaris Vail and the Four Seasons in Vail as Four-Star Award recipients, amongst other prestigious properties on this list. Solaris and the Four Seasons will be showcased among all the 2013 award winners on Startle.com, the online home of Forbes Travel Guide.
The Forbes Travel Guide - formerly the Mobil Travel Guide - has released an annual list of Five- and Four-Star hotels, restaurants and spas since 1958.
An announcement from Solaris Vail about the award cites the property's array of residences for nightly rental, as well as the Vail location of chef Nobu Matsuhisa's eponymous restaurant, Matsuhisa. Amenities include a private spa, fitness center, movie theater, bowling alley and lounge, ski valet and more.
