EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado - A snowshoe and luncheon fundraiser benefiting Vail Valley Young Life will take place March 16. Guests will have the opportunity to take a snowshoe through Beaver Creek and indulge in a special lunch at 8100 in the Park Hyatt prepared by Chef Christian Apetz.
Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the work that Vail Valley Young Life staff and volunteers are doing in the valley.
"Last year's snowshoe was an amazing event as guests came from the valley and Denver to enjoy an incredible day together and to learn more about how lives are being radically changed in the valley through Young Life's involvement in the community," said Ben Dodds, area director for Vail Valley Young Life .
"This is truly a one-of-a-kind event when you get to combine a beautiful snowshoe adventure through Beaver Creek along side an amazing lunch prepared by Chef Christian Apetz," said Jennifer Baker, event planner.
Young Life has been going strong for more than 70 years as an international organization. The mission of Young Life is to "introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith." Staff and volunteers spend countless hours with middle school and high school students around the globe. Vail Valley Young Life has been investing in the lives of our young friends for last six years and has made a tremendous impact in the lives of kids in the valley.
