Seminar in Avon focuses on healing using tuning forks

AVON — Michelle Many, holistic practitioner, lecturer, hypnotherapist, body worker and author of “The Planetary Meditations,” is currently working on her latest book to be published in 2014, “Ancient Acoustic Star Temples.” Many is offering a free seminar at Alpine Chiropractic Clinic in Avon, Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. “Acutonics: Healing with Planetary Sound,” is an evaluation and demonstration on how to use special tuning forks on the body’s acupuncture points, without the use of needles.

“These planetary tuning forks can be used to help release body aches and pains, spinal problems, neck, shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, ankle, foot and other musculoskeletal issues,” Many said. “The tuning forks can help regulate and balance organ dysfunctions in such areas as kidneys, liver, heart, digestions and brain — including ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)/ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).”

Many said regular tunings may help to release pain and allow manageability, and she said in some cases, may even help to release illness and disease. Also, Many said the tuning forks are effective in the release and re-framing of emotional issues such as stress, depression, phobias, traumas, life crisis and other such issues — especially in combination with emotional counseling and hypnotherapy.
