EAGLE-VAIL — Are you ready to live big in your life? Awaken, grow and transform through this six-week program that explores meditation, journaling, mindful eating and yoga.

This week-by-week program is designed to help individuals away stress, worry and old habits in order for them to find their natural, happy and authentic selves. The program dives deep into yoga, meditation, journaling, diet awareness, group discussions, weekly themes and self-reflection. Everyone is welcome to participate, including beginners to yoga.

This season, Revolution Power Yoga in Eagle-Vail is offering two 40 Days programs at the same time to better fit busy schedules. Participants choose either the Sunday afternoon sessions or Tuesday evening sessions.

“40 Days is a life changing program,” said Jacque Collins, who took the program last year. “I would recommend it to anyone looking to deepen your yoga practice and learn more about yourself.”

The program starts this March, led by Revolution Power Yoga instructors, Kristen Burns on Sundays and Ashley Roach on Tuesdays. You choose your day: Sundays at 3:45 p.m. beginning March 2, or Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. starting March 4. The program includes unlimited yoga, special workshops, events, program book by Baron Baptiste and weekly meetings on Sundays or Tuesdays throughout. Cost is $300 for non-members or $150 for members.
