Manor Vail Lodge set to host Bourbon and Barbecue event on Aug. 30

VAIL — This Labor Day weekend, The Fitz Lounge invites you to experience a great day of barbecuing, bourbon tasting, live music, dancing and backyard games.
The Bourbon and Barbecue event will take place on the Manor Vail Lodge lawn Aug. 30 at 6:30 p.m. Meet Executive Chef Weston Schroeder (native to the world's capital for barbecue: Kansas City) and chef Eric Berggren as they serve up a tasty barbecue buffet menu with items including pork ribs, beef short ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, Colorado sweet corn, Palisade peach cobbler and much more.
Live music will be provided by Dawn Poff and Brent Gordon. The event ticket includes bourbon tasting stations throughout the event including brands such as Woodford Reserve, Old Forester and Jack Daniel's whiskeys.
The cost is $65 for adults (includes bourbon tasting and all-you-can-eat barbecue), $25 for kids (12 and younger). Ticket prices increase the day of the event.
