Sonnenalp Hotel and Discover Well host Vail Living Well Experience this month

VAIL — This month, Vail Living Well, nutritionist Megan Forbes and integrative functional medicine practitioner Dr. Jill C. Carnahan present Vail Living Well Experience: Nutrition on the Cutting Edge — Foods for You. The event is hosted by the Sonnenalp Hotel and Discover Well.
The three day experience will allow participants to learn evidence-based ways to reverse the signs of aging, turn back the clock and prevent illness. Guests will learn about genetic testing and other resources available for improving your health. Enjoy interactive sessions and receptions, as well as ski sessions with Sarah Schleper and yoga with instructor Tyrone Beverly.
There are a variety of packages to choose from: The full program and lodging package is $1,495 for single occupancy and $1,895 for double occupancy, which includes three nights lodging, all seminars and activities, three receptions, two lunches, yoga and guide fees for skiing. The commuter package for the full program is $595 per person and includes all seminars and activities, three receptions, two lunches, yoga and guide fees for skiing. Lastly, the commuter package for one day is $395 per person and includes one day seminars and activities, one reception, one lunch, yoga and guide fees for skiing. The Sonnenalp Hotel is also able to design custom packages.
