EAGLE — Yoga Off Broadway will host Nancy Kate Williams, a featured instructor at Eagle YogaFest this past summer, for two workshops this Friday and Saturday. On Friday from 6 to 8 p.m., she will lead a workshop titled The Great Teachers — Arm Balances Teaching Freedom in Backbends, which is designed for all levels.
“Arm balancing is not just about our arms; it takes full body awareness, energetic alignment and deep core integration to rise above the earth,” Williams said.
On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Williams will lead “Conserving Energy On and Off Your Mat” — another all-levels workshop. This class will help you learn how to use your energy efficiently — on your mat and out in the world.
