BEAVER CREEK — The Grammy Award-winning Los Lonely Boys bring some rock n’ roll to the stage at the Vilar Performing Arts Center on Tuesday at 7:30 pm.
The Los Lonely Boys garnered acclaim and popularity during past decades, entrancing listeners with their catchy melodies and absolutely happy harmonies. Anyone who has given this group a listen will attest that their sound brings a smile to any listener.
With hits like, “How Far is Heaven,” the group has brought some variety to rock ‘n’ roll, adding a very original twang of Tex-Mex and a flare of harmonies to their tunes.
JOY AND ENTHUSIASM
San Angelo’s Los Lonely Boys epitomize all the joys and thrills of the form, filling the musical space and putting it to exceptional use. The three singing Garza Brothers — drummer Ringo six-string bassist Jojo and guitarist Henry — play together with practiced polish, familiarity and, most of importantly, joy and enthusiasm.
“I can’t wait to see the fun and the talent these guys will deliver on stage,” said Kris Sabel, executive director of the Vilar Performing Arts Center. They unfortunately had to cancel their date with us last winter due to an injury, so I know there are a lot of folks in the valley who are eagerly anticipating this show.”
Tickets to Los Lonely Boys are available for $53. Ticket prices subject to change. Details and tickets available online at vilarpac.org, by phone at 970-845-TIXS or in person at the VPAC Box Office in Beaver Creek.
