Dogma Athletica hosts ‘Breakfast Boot Camp’ in Edwards twice a week

EDWARDS — Looking for a fitness regimen to accommodate your hectic summer schedule? Sign up for the Breakfast Club Boot Camp at Dogma Athletica. This twice-weekly series is designed to help you lean out by performing high-intensity workouts first thing in the morning. These types of workouts have been proven effective to metabolize fat throughout the day and help to trigger the brain for cleaner eating all day long.

Join two of Dogma’s elite trainers, Stacey Vachon and Emily LyBarger, for twice-weekly butt-bustin’ boot camp-style workouts. Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. Boot Camp programming starts on Monday with a Body Composition Test and a Functional Movement Screen to determine each individual’s starting point. Upon completing the program on July 10, participants will receive another Body Composition Test to see proof of the program’s impact.

Also included is a seven-day nutrition program that will jump-start the metabolism and have you burning through stored body fat. Dogma Athletica has run many successful weight loss programs in the past and they guarantee that committing to seven days of clean eating will truly have an impact on gaining muscle and losing unwanted pounds this summer.

The Breakfast Club Boot Camp is a program for people of all fitness levels. Each workout will be totally customizable for participants, regardless of prior experience or knowledge. Tuesday’s workouts will feature a metabolic circuit at Dogma with Vachon and Thursday’s sessions will take participants to the Battle Mountain High School track for a more cardio-and-core-focused class with LyBarger.
