What goods or services do you provide? We do Web design, social media (video, too!), Internet marketing and branding (including print ads and collateral).
What’s new or exciting at your place? We’ve hired more people, increased our knowledge base and expanded to the Front Range. Our staff might say profit sharing, beer-thirty and monthly team time are exciting, too.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Loyalty, in-house experts, random acts of kindness. We have smart people who are employees and are invested in the company’s future. We offer nonprofit discounts and often share our knowledge for free. We have a strict loyalty policy. When you hire us as your marketing team, we won’t work for your competitors — you’ll have us all to yourself!
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? We are your best friends who tell you like it is. If we think something isn’t working well for you, we’ll let you know. We’ll be there for you and look out for your best interests. This also allows the client to feel like they can give feedback openly.
What can your customers expect from you? Our mission is to have fun, connect with our community (worldwide), provide valuable information and be memorable. We love all things Internet related, so we read, listen and watch for the latest trends and changes to the social media world daily. Relationships are important to us. We get to know our clients so we can show them off in the best ways. We are professionals, although we may come across as a bit silly at times. We pride ourselves on cleverness, imagination, inspiration and originality.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: Our staff comes from customer service, communications, design and marketing backgrounds. Between us, we have five bachelor’s and one master’s degree in Internet marketing. We are experts who continue to learn our craft every day.
We are truly geeks, are personally active on social channels and get excited when we get thumbs up and comments. We have a good mix of experience (thanks to the 40-somethings) that includes nonprofit management, public speaking, photography, design and even coffee (you never know when you might need barista skills).
• What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? Funny? We don’t do funny. Unless you count that one time ... never mind ... we didn’t even put that on Facebook.
